A guy who sometimes wears a cape suffers blackouts which then cause him to have flashbacks, jump out of trees, and kill people. Other than people standing around in tuxedos speaking with outrageous French accents and the occasional high-speed horse-drawn carriage chase, not much else happens. Formulaic and boring.
